SMT gasket 能避免類似銅彈片在SMT製程作業後，因半成品輸送及組裝作業時，壓迫及撞擊外力，導致變型、斷裂...等狀況。
SMT Gasket在精密的電子電路環境處理EMI/ESD對策時，能用於取代導電布泡棉及銅彈片亦減少傳統組裝製造作業(導電布泡棉黏貼)時的人員投入，也能避免在較精密的電路接地側產生短路、掉落...等狀況。
