Q：導電泡棉用途？

A：藉由良好導電特性及本身的回覆彈性，可置於機構體間，使接觸面可導通，且因表面的電磁波遮蔽特性，進而能有效的解決EMI及ESD問題。

Q：導電泡棉英文？

A：常聽到的有EMI shielding gasket、EMI gasket、Conductive gasket、Conductive foam...；但因為導電襯墊類的材料應用方法非常多元，故建議在確認需求前，可先向供應廠商詢問材料的組成及適切的種類。

Q：導電泡棉廠商挑選？

A：導電泡棉已為EMI solution非常普遍的材料，供應廠商非常的多；除了專業問題及供需服務外， 應還可考量距離問題，如製造地區，避免交期及相關因應無法及時 。然而，越是普遍的應用材料，品質特性越是需要關切，避免選用劣質及過度節省成本的材料。

Q：導電泡棉材質？

A：導電泡棉多被定義為導電布包覆PU泡棉的意思，但其實僅為業界長期並普遍的口語習慣；若必須，亦可更改組合材質，已達最適切的設計應用。

Q：導電泡棉應用？

A：導電泡棉多會在單一側貼覆導電膠(亦可用不導電膠)，將其黏貼於電路板接地側，以另一面接觸金屬機構體表層，施予壓力；藉由導電布表面及導電膠的導電顆粒，致使導通。此說明僅為常見方式，若有其它設計問題，再請與敝司(TEIS)聯繫。

Q：導電泡棉規格？

A：導電泡棉是以抽取模所製成，故須以模具的寬及高視之，長度依需求裁剪；導電泡棉的應用規格非常多種，多可依需求製作。

A：導電泡棉的價格以算是非常低廉，此以照數量、尺寸、交易條件...等，另行計算。

SMT gasket Introduction

TEIS SMT Gasket 為一種SMD型態且能以SMT自動化方式應用的導電彈性零件，因擁有良好的彈性、耐高溫、不易氧化、不易斷裂、低阻抗、尺寸公差小、吸震...等特性，其可焊接貼合於電路板，提高生產效率及可靠性。
(SMT Gasket又稱為SMD gasket、PCB gasket)

在PCB、FPCB及特殊的結構位置，SMT gasket 以自動化方式放置，可準確的於必要位置提供導電及緩衝功能；在較精密的電路板上，可避免與其它元件碰觸而短路，也能在震動、碰撞、擠壓的應用環境中，吸收物理力。

SMT gasket  能避免類似銅彈片在SMT製程作業後，因半成品輸送及組裝作業時，壓迫及撞擊外力，導致變型、斷裂...等狀況。

SMT Gasket在精密的電子電路環境處理EMI/ESD對策時，能用於取代導電布泡棉及銅彈片亦減少傳統組裝製造作業(導電布泡棉黏貼)時的人員投入，也能避免在較精密的電路接地側產生短路、掉落...等狀況。

TEIS Absorber is a wide band RF wave absorber, for preventing EMI/ESD problems, which is lightweight, thin and flexible. A specialty designed absorbing material and uniform dispersion technologies have been use to produce the absorber. It has been designed to change RF wave emitted into heat.
